I had a primarytoday Sept 28th, 2017, my visit was witj Dr Sgro. In my opinion of seeing Podiatrist for both Ankle Pain & Diabetic foot as been routine fpr 20 years, frankly ,she is awful. I would not recommend Dr Sgro, comes across un experience ,lack of care to address severe ankle pain ,wanted to describe basically over the counter NSAID, pain meds of which I am on ,in additon I supplied current x rays, Dr report dated July 17th, 2017 of his evaluation of which his notes recommend ortho inserts of which I purchased & administer local Steroid injection/pain to help reduce inflammation & pain. The injectiin jelped fpr 2-3 months of which i recieved in Florida by foot surgeon/Podiatrist.This is what a Dr does to help there patients and doesn't send a patient out in oblivious pain.
It is my humble opinion this group is simply looking for additional office visits and billing.
Dr Sgro, to her credit did request a MRI for further evaluation, but a simple localized Steroid/pain injection would have been in order especially since a Dr "SHOULD HELP THE PATIENT " This ProHealth group is an embarrassment to the professional training this Dr neglects or the policy and fear of actually taking action to help the patient and put the dollar second. In my 60 years I have never written anything negative of a Dr, but this girl needs to go back to school or get another professional. I would have posted zero stars if possible. Furthermore I am seeing another highly respected sports group tomorrow, I am sure my experience will be better. Please do not use Dr Sgro, in my opinion she is Not capable.
