    This building is run by a slumlord and it shows. Filthy and smelly. The entire building is infested with mice, roaches and bedbugs. Heat is also another issue. Apartments are not what they seem. You will regret leasing here. They raise the rent every year on average of 150.00 dollars and claim it is for gas heat. You will freeze on cold days and they will not do anything. This place will depress you.
